Actually im trying to understand myself coz i still dont know how im..mujhe samajhna asaan nahi..kafi mushkil hain coz jab tum sochoge ki im like this to main kuch like that niklunga.. thats my speciality....meri smile ke piche na jane kya kya chala karta hain ye im giving as hint... anyways...well..I believe in "Simple living and high thinking" and i do follow it but sometime i have to compromise with this policy a little coz its too difficult sometime to be the same..aur aajkal to im becoming too modern.. i mean funky looks bahot pasand aa rahe hain so simplicity dikh nahi rahi mujh me :) There is still very much about me but i dont want to share it with all just by writting it here.So i will tell rest later & u will come to know when u will become my friend.. ♥ | |

How Zareen Khan lost 43 kgs?
She swayed smoothly in her superhit item song in ‘Ready’, ‘Character Dheela’. But apart from the adulation she got for her performance, Zareen Khan was also subjected to a lot of criticism for her out-of-shape body. In fact, it reached a point when she was even referred to as ‘Fatrina’ as she resembled actress Katrina Kaif, only flabbier. But Zareen wasn’t one to sit back and endure such criticism, so she decided to shed her excess fat and opt for a toned body for her role in Sajid Nadiadwala’s next, ‘Housefull 2’. Zareen’s arduous workout schedule was scripted by fitness expert, Yasmin Karachiwalla who crafted a regimented workout recipe that helped Zareen lose 43 kgs. The star went from a whopping 100 kgs to her current weight of 57kgs. Talking about the military boot camp Yasmin has put her through Zareen says “Every morning, I do pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwalla. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate. Sweets and fried food are a strict no!” With impressive results showing Zareen is only too encouraged to train harder. “In the next few months, results will be even more visible,” adds Zareen. Here's bidding farewell to flab and welcome to toned abs.

Miffed Aishwarya To Sue Madhur; Priyanka To Greenlight 'Heroine'?
One Heroine is supremely miffed. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, that is. Amid speculation that UTV, Siddharth Roy Kapur and director Madhur Bhandarkar will face losses to the tune of Rs. 6 crore if Heroine is shelved, arrives the news that Aishwarya has been rather stunned with the "demands" that Madhur has come up with. Word has it that in addition to the smoking and waterfall drenched sequences, Madhur now insists that she perform "two item numbers" too for his flick
States a source close to the Bachchans, "Aishwarya has never done a waterfall drenched sequence in her career until now. Why would she agree to do one now? Besides, after the whole smoking controversy over Guzaarish, Aishwarya had made it very clear to Madhur that she won't be doing any smoking sequences in Heroine. Moreover, Aishwarya's grouse that the two 'item number songs' that Madhur mentions now, was never discussed with her when the script narration was done."
There is also tattle that Aishwarya is being dropped because she's pregnant and Madhur felt that she should have confided in him earlier. As per "reliable sources" the actress is considering taking legal action against Madhur and UTV on the grounds of "gender discrimination" and is reportedly "clueless about whether she's been dropped from Heroine or the film has been shelved altogether."
As per insiders, Aishwarya is more hurt since she had already commenced filming for Heroine.
Meanwhile, buzz abounds that Priyanka Chopra has envisaged interest in showcasing Heroine when she learnt that Aishwarya was reportedly ousted from the project.
Says an insider, "Priyanka shares a great equation with Madhur Bhandarkar after working with him in Fashion . She's sent him an SMS message showing her interest in accepting Heroine and has no qualms over the smoking, drinking and intimate scenes required for the film. She's strongly urged him not to scrap the film and Madhur will take a call on this issue in the next few days."
